Challenges
Back in 2006 Network Norway planned the acquisition of a
new billing and customer management system. "The aim was to
implement a core billing and customer management system handling
billing, products and service offerings for end users. Especially a
flexible system capable to handle the new and innovative services
for integration of PBX's and mobile devices which is one of our
business ideas", says Billing Manager by Network Norway Thomas
Hage. "We want to provide our customers with new and yet unseen
possibilities in daily life."
