XLN Telecom is a leading UK Telecom provider to small and medium sized business in the UK. XLN has over 100.000 customers. XLN's products include: Fixed lines, Broadband, Mobile Voice and Data, iPBX Systems and International Calling Cards.

XLN has been using the naviBilling Billing and Customer Care solution for handling their fixed net, mobile and broadband services since 2006.

The background for buying the naviBilling Reporting Services was to get a better understanding of revenue
impact of different pricing tools and in general be able to make the right business decisions on all organizational levels.

Challenges

The installation of the naviBilling Reporting Services was carried out by the XLN Customer Team. According
to Team Leader at TeleBilling, Christian Clausen, "the main challenge was to map naviBilling's very flexible rating setup into XLN's pricing concepts". "Another challenge was to deliver value quickly. This was accomplished by developing prototypes directly in SQL."

With the naviBilling Reporting Services the user can execute predefined reports and even create their
own reports. Reports can be scheduled to run overnight and results published to specific users.
