As a new employee you will join TeleBilling's intensive introduction programme. The programme gives you a solid foundation and knowledge of the company, our products, customers and the daily work. TeleBilling use many resources to help you get a good start and to be quickly integrated in the company.
The introduction programme is individually adjusted and consists of 15-20 different sessions of internal training. During the training you will get information and knowledge about TeleBilling's values, organisation, strategy, customers, how we work with SCRUM etc. The internal training is combined with self study and with external training in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, on which our solution is based.
As a new employee you will get a mentor appointed and you will sit next to the mentor. The mentor's role is to support the new colleague and pass on relevant information and knowledge about the company, the product, customers, ways of working etc.
All new employees who have newly graduated will join our rotation programme. In this programme the employee will rotate between the different departments and work approximately 3 months in each department. This programme gives good insight in the functions and tasks in each department. The programme also gives the employee good insight in the ways of working and the cooperation between the different departments. The programme also gives the employee a good idea of where he/she would like to work after the programme ends and it gives the managers a good idea of the employee's competencies.
