This year the naviBilling Conference will take place from Tuesday, June 18 to Thursday, June 20. We have planned an exciting conference programme with sessions from visionary and inspiring speakers. At the conference we will share ideas and opportunities that can support your daily business. 

The naviBilling Conference is the one-stop-place for inspiration, networking, business conversations and you can hear customers' success stories. We will present the newest naviBilling and NAV versions and features and align with the roadmaps from TeleBilling and Microsoft.

2013-04-11: TeleBilling Gold Certified Partner with Microsoft

Again this year TeleBilling obtained the Gold Certified Partner title that is the highest level of partnership a company can have in the Microsoft Partner Network. 2013-04-11: naviBilling 6 RT Certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013

April 4, we recived the information that our naviBilling 6 RT was successfully Certified for Dynamics NAV 2013. 2013-03-07: TeleBilling at the GSMA Mobile World Congress

TeleBilling had four very interesting and successful days at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Many visitors and potential customers stopped by our booth for a talk or a demo of the naviBilling solution. At the Congress we also gained more knowledge about the needs and future wishes of our customers' customer. 2013-01-24: naviBilling 6 RT passes Microsoft Dynamics Solution Test

We are proud to announce that naviBilling 6 RT, the latest version of the field proven naviBilling platform, has passed the Microsoft Dynamics Software Solution Test. This means that naviBilling 6 RT is fully compliant with the newest version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013.

This marks another milestone in our ongoing focus on delivering the best possible BSS/OSS solution to new and existing customers. With the new certified version of naviBilling our current and future customers can benefit from many new features that will enhance productivity, mobility, ease of use and access to the newest technologies. While at the same time having the knowledge that the solution fulfills our high requirements towards quality, usability design and good development practices.

We believe naviBilling 6 RT is by far the best version of naviBilling and look forward to demonstrate it in Barcelona during the Mobile World Congress.

2012-10-18: TeleBilling at Cable Days in Salzburg

On 22 and 23 of November, Cable Days 2012, the conference for Cable TV and Broadband is taking place in Salzburg, Austria. TeleBilling will show the latest innovations in the naviBilling OSS/BSS solution with focus on Customer Care, Billing, WEB self-care and Process Automation. The naviBilling platform is the perfect solution for service providers focusing on efficiency, flexibility, operation of cost and optimized customer care.

Cable Days in Salzburg is Austria's leading conference for Cable TV and Broadband. The 2012 event is focusing on next generation broadband networks and hybrid media platforms.
 

2012-07-24: New Premises

In 2013 TeleBilling moves to a large office facility at the harbour together with Rambøll and KPMG. The three companies will be tenants in a new building that will be ready for occupation in 2013. June 20 there was a groundbreaking ceremony and the building activities at the harbour have started.

 

2012-06-20: TeleBilling signing Lead Partner Agreement with Scansatec

TeleBilling and Scansatec have signed a Lead Partner Agreement for Finland and the Baltic countries. The agreement gives Scansatec a non-exclusive right to establish contact with potential leads and customers for TeleBilling's software program naviBilling for the mid-sized telecom market. Scansatec is one of Finland's and Baltic regions leading service provider in the field of broadband, IP technology and video conferencing. "With Scansatec we have found the right partner that already is operating in the billing sector and has been present on the Finish and Baltic market since 1990", says Jesper Schack, CEO of TeleBilling. "Scansatec has an unique position in Finland and the Baltics and will be able to sell the TeleBilling message: it does not have to be painful and expensive to set-up and run a OSS/BSS solution."

2012-06-08: TeleBilling joined TM Forum   

TeleBilling has joined Tele Management Forum (TM Forum).
TM Forum is a global, non-profit industry association focused on enabling service provider agility and innovation. As an established thought-leader in service creation, management and delivery, the Forum serves as a unifying force across industries, enabling more
than 900 member companies to solve critical business issues through access to a wealth of knowledge, intellectual capital and standards.
TM Forum was founded in 1988 and has today more than 50,000 users in the online community. TM Forum's Framework offers a suite of standards for Telco business operations. TeleBilling has joined this organization with the purpose of aligning some of the core processes in nB to the TM Forum standards. This will lead to easy overview of standard processes and faster implementation for new and upgrade projects. 

2012-06-05: naviBilling Conference 2012

naviBilling Conference 2012 takes place in Sønderborg from June 19 - June 21. This year more than 50 customers have signed up for some interesting days with focus on the future NAV 2013, the latest news in naviBilling and the new TeleBilling service offerings initiatives.
The program is a combination of various Guest Speakers, Value keynotes and Break-out Sessions. The overall headline for the Conference is: How to ensure high business value through a long-term partnership with TeleBilling.

2012-06-01: Directions EMEA 2012

Last month TeleBilling A/S participated with 3 people in the Directions EMEA 2012 in Rome http://www.directionsemea.com/.

The focus of the conference was off course the Dynamics NAV 2013 solution, set for release later in 2012.

Some of the highlights for the new version are:

• NAV 2013 Web and SharePoint client
• 64 bit service tier with rewritten SQL integration which gives better scalability and performance
• New query object type for faster read access from code
• Improved Excel integration
• Many usability enhancements in client which allow for faster data entry and even better Outlook integration
• And much more…

At the moment TeleBilling's Product Development are working with the Beta and we are focusing on getting naviBilling up and running on the new version as close to its launch as possible.

Many of these topics will be covered in a session during this year's customer event in June where Microsoft is presenting some of the highlights in the Dynamics NAV 2013 version.

From June 12 - 14, 2012 we will attend ANGA Cable - trade fair for Cable, Broadband and Satellite.
ANGA Cable Show is Europe's leading Business Platform for Broadband Operators and Content Providers for more than 10 years. More than 16,000 visitors in 2011, 43% international. Exhibition and congress topics include Next Generation Networks, HDTV, Smart TV, VoD, IPTV & Connected Home.

2012-05-16: Gold Certified Partner

Again TeleBilling has obtained the highest level of partnership with Microsoft and our solution naviBilling is still certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009. naviBilling is a certified add-on solution to Microsoft Dynamics NAV which means that the solution fulfils Microsoft's high standards to quality and user interface. 

2012-03-08: TeleBilling at Karrieredagene at The University of Southern Denmark

TeleBilling attended the Job Fair Karrieredagene at the University of Southern Denmark March 8. At the Job Fair many of our visitors participated in our competition where they could win three iPod nano 8GB. The winners of the competition are:

2012-01-01: New VP Projects

Maj-Britt Goebel has joined TeleBilling as VP Projects. Maj-Britt Goebel will be leading the company's project and implementation activities and join the TeleBilling Management Team.

Maj-Britt's career includes experiences in product line management for Software and Services, where she has led global development and implementation projects with backend system integration to SAP, Siebel and Oracle, and frontend web portal applications. Maj-Britt also has a vast experience within sales and marketing within professional services.

Maj-Britt has 20 years of global leadership experience within large industrial companies like APC, Schneider Electric and Sauer-Danfoss and holds an Executive MBA from Coventry University.
 

2011-10-03: Meet us at the Mobile World Congress

From February 27 - March 1, 2012 we will attend the GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

The GSMA Mobile World Congress combines the world's largest exhibition for the mobile industry with a cutting edge congress featuring the most prominent Chief Executives representing mobile operators, vendors and content owners from across the world. The event is where the industry defines its future and creates business.

2011-08-16: New premises

TeleBilling moves to a community-center of 3,600 sqm with Rambøll, KPMG and TeleBilling as tenants in
a large office facility. The office of community will be ready for occupation in 2013. The community-center will be located on the former commercial port and on the opposite side of Alsion.

The commercial port of Sønderborg shall be transformed into a vibrant community with hotel, art gallery, multi-cultural center, offices and private homes and is a part of Frank Gehry's masterplan performed for this area

CEO at TeleBilling, Jesper Schack, is looking forward to relocate into the new surroundings in the community-center. "The new premises will be adapted to TeleBilling's specific needs. During the last year we have been looking for the right surroundings which we will get in these new offices."

"We three tenants are neither competitors nor partners. But we all have highly educated employees, so I am
confident that the new and attractive surroundings will make it possible to increase motivation and efficiency", says Jesper Schack.


2011-08-15: New employees

4 new colleagues will join the TeleBilling team by September 1. TeleBilling employs 66 full time resources and have a team of 8 external consultants appointed to the company.

5 new colleagues have today entered TeleBilling. Together with 3 employees that started in November 2010 TeleBilling now employs 61 fulltime employees and 12 external consultants.
 

2011-01-26: Scrum in TeleBilling

We are currently rolling out Scrum to all projects in TeleBilling. So far, we have successfully finished four projects using Scrum.

Scrum is an agile and iterative project implementation method. Projects are delivered in iterations (sprints) which are time-boxes of typically three weeks, where each sprint delivers a production-ready increment. Following the sprint planning meeting, which is the first activity of each sprint, the Scrum team makes a collective commitment to deliver the functionality they have planned for. To allow team members to focus on this commitment, allocation to a project is always 100%. Each sprint ends with a review meeting where the team demonstrates the functionality delivered to all customer representatives that have an interest in the project, and collects feed-back.

For our customers, the main difference is that they will be involved continuously throughout the project to clarify details and perform acceptance testing.
