Work environment TeleBilling is constantly working for a high prioritisation of well-being and health policies and safety regulations at the workplace, and our policies are also an integrated part of our normal courses of business.
A healthy work environment means fewer days of illness and a better job satisfaction. A healthy work environment raises efficiency and is an excellent starting point for a well-qualified customer service and a great image.
Through a continuous attention of the work environment on all levels each individual employee shall be aware of securing a nice working environment for both themselves and their colleagues.
The Management team will make sure that there are sufficient resources available for carrying out a structured work with TeleBilling’s well-being and health policies e.g. through workplace reviews.
Job satisfaction is a common task that both TeleBilling as a company and each single employee are responsible for. TeleBilling creates the framework for the general job satisfaction but each employee is also – through dialogue with his manager – responsible for his own job satisfaction and pleasure of his daily work.
