Project implementation
TeleBilling is responsible for the complete management of a naviBilling implementation project. We have a dedicated and professional project implementation team that carries out all implementation and upgrade projects within TeleBilling. The team is able to run several projects simultaneously. We have with great success rolled out Scrum as our project method.
Our project implementation method is based on the following model:

We start out with a diagnostic workshop where the purpose is to
identify business needs and goals. During the workshop we take
off-set in your business-case, prioritize the business-processes
identified as vital or a description of wanted functionality and
translate this information into our naviBilling solution. The
purpose of the workshop is to identify and agree upon a common
project scope.
In the project execution we use Scrum. Scrum is an agile and iterative project implementation method where projects are delivered in iterations (sprints) which are time-boxes of typically three weeks, where each sprint delivers a production-ready increment.
Following the sprint planning meeting, which is the first activity of each sprint, the Scrum team makes a collective commitment to deliver the functionality they have planned for. To allow team members to focus on this commitment, allocation to a project is always 100%. Each sprint ends with a review meeting where the team demonstrates the functionality delivered to the customer representatives and collects feed-back immediately. This gives a clear visibility of progress.
For you as a customer, the advantage is that you will get a successful implementation and an improved planning phase and more foreseeable execution phase. You will also experience a greater flexibility during the project phases because you are involved continuously in order to clarify details and perform acceptance testing which makes you able to act immediately.
